100% Compostable
January 23 – February 20

Reception: Friday, January 23, 5pm-7pm

ArtSpace404 boldly opens with its debut exhibit, 100% Compostable -a show featuring organic and biodegradable art juried by renowned Bay Area artist and curator Philip Ross. By challenging artists to stretch the parameters of media, 100% Compostable speaks to the environment’s temporal quality as it relates to the natural and human-inflicted process of degradation. This exhibition additionally highlights the artistic possibilities and limitations of using natural materials in today's art practices. Interested in submitting work?
